I started my career in energy sales trading and then moved into fixed income S&T. I’ve been fortunate to work on Wall Street trading desks my entire career, surrounded by extremely driven individuals whose primary goals are to (1) make money and (2) learn, in that order. Inspired by Matt Levine of Bloomberg’s Money Stuff, I felt compelled to create a blog where I write about what inspires me in the markets and occasionally dive into options theory.
It goes without saying that all opinions are my own, but there’s a broader nuance: despite my relative expertise in these markets, I’ve never worked in numerous financial disciplines such as M&A or asset management. Thus, the learning process continues, and if I write something incorrect, please let me know in the comments.
